Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:00 am‑2:30 pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months of related warehouse experience required (one year or more preferred)
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (stand‑up & sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) and maintain them (change battery, recognize issues); intermediate skill required
  • May be required to operate manual or automated equipment (packaging line); intermediate preferred
  • Powered industrial truck certification
  • Basic English reading, math skills for safety, work instructions, policies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Data entry into WMS systems
  • Work overtime as assigned
  • Professional relationship building across all levels
  • Team and self‑management skills
  • Fast‑paced environment adaptability
  • Multi‑tasking, organization, time‑management, detail orientation, excellent follow‑up

Responsibilities

  • Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials.
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure correct scanning; train dock employees on procedures; secure facility at shift end; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping; perform picking and packing; check for product or container damage.
  • Perform assigned tasks per location policies and procedures, including material handling within logical transactions.
  • Execute material moves with associated physical/logical transactions.
  • Participate in workgroup and team activities for self‑improvement and warehouse operations improvement.
  • Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
