???? Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday - 8am-430pm

???? Pay: $19 - $20/hour

SmartTalent is hiring! We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support one of our well-established clients in the Tacoma, WA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.  What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide high-level customer support via phone, email, and occasionally in person
• Accurately enter and manage customer data and account information in internal systems
• Navigate multiple accounts and switch between client needs with ease
• Research and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and procedures
• Follow up on open cases and ensure resolution meets customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience preferred
• Strong multitasking abilitiesable to shift gears quickly and prioritize effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
