Job Description

First Solar is offering a full-time internship in Phoenix, AZ, focused on Human Resources analytics, data insight, and professional teamwork. You will support global HR projects, proofread documents, and prepare reports in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel while attending university career fairs with Talent Acquisition.

Ideal candidates are 3rd/4th year majors in HR, data science, or business, with strong Excel/Power BI abilities, and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced office setting.
