Resident EngineerThe Resident Engineer will work alongside the client's account team, and onsite with customers as needed to assist with the platform and/or module implementation and providing guidance as defined by the customer project and implementation schedule.The Resident Engineer will oversee all technical aspects of the Transmit Intelligent Authentication Platform within the customer environment will be responsible for ongoing customer enablement and technical education of the platform, as required and dictated by the specifics of customer engagement.The Resident Engineer will provide expert support, analysis and research into complex problems and processes relating to deployed Transmit Security platform and modules within the customer environment.The Resident Engineer will function as the client's Subject Matter Expert and will interact directly with the customer employees and partners associated with the respective project/s.The Resident Engineer will expertly respond to customer's technical questions and propose/explain features in the context of solving customer's business problems.This is a highly technical, hands-on role and the Resident Engineer will be required to develop and maintain an expertise on the products and solutions deployed within the customer environment.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related program5+ years of IAM, network and security experience3+ years of project management/leadership recommendedExperience with a mobile device and operating systems architecture; knowledge of objective-c, Swift, and java recommendedSolid understanding of Web applications, Web APIs (REST/JSON), web protocols, (i.e. http/s, JavaScript, SSL, DNS, proxies/caches, firewalls, etc.)Expertise with all aspects of transport as applied to all applications (web, mobile, desktop/enterprise) including connection handling, push notifications, client-side certificates/SSL, PKI on mobile and other security protocols and conceptsStrong understanding of best practices and security applied to web and mobile application developmentExcellent written, oral communication and strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.Ability to manage and execute several different tasks simultaneouslyCommunicate effectively with both internal staff and external clientsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong overall background in Enterprise architecture and designExcellent time management, multi-tasking, prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Founded in 2007, InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise, Minority Business Enterprise & Women-Owned Small Business certified Company specializing in providing IT Consulting, IT Staffing Solutions, and Software solutions.
