Job Description

Capital One is seeking a Full-stack Engineer 4 (Remote-Eligible) to lead a portfolio of distributed microservices and full stack systems. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, and drive cloud-based solutions using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, and AWS. You’ll work in a fast-paced, iterative delivery environment, setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence while partnering with architects on service boundaries and reusable frameworks.
