Position Summary Maintenance Engineer – Pullman Miami Airport

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Maintenance Engineer to perform a variety of maintenance trade functions including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program at the resort/hotel.

Responsibilities Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.

Make repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.

Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, etc.

Perform general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.

Keep records as required by company policy and procedures.

Maintain logs on completed tasks.

Prepare reports as requested by supervisors.

Submit all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.

Qualifications Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.

Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Engaging and welcoming personality.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.

Excellent communication skills.

Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $19.50 – $19.50.
