Job Description

Position:Customer Service Representative
Location:Austin, TX

Duration: 12 months contract

Pay rate: $19/hr-$21/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries.
Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
Assist with problem resolution when needed.
Document all customer interactions accurately in online logs.
Transfer callers to other Call Center units as needed.
Meet individual performance and productivity standards.
Maintain required attendance and performance metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Must be available forany 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during thefirst 90 days.
