Such programs include, but are not limited to, dual degrees at U of A microcampus locations, credit and non-credit bearing certificate programs, and dual degree programs with student mobility to the University of Arizona. The Program coordinator provides support to the Assistant Dean, Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director of Educational Partnerships. The Program Coordinator works closely with colleagues throughout Arizona International's Global Programs & Initiatives (GPI). This position will allow for flexible/hybrid work arrangements. Some duties can be performed remotely, but others will require an in-person presence on the Tucson, Arizona campus. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Duties & ResponsibilitiesProgram Development: Conducts visual compliance on potential partners. Conducts preliminary research on potential partners, including inventory of their current degree offerings and teaching modalities. Develops presentation materials for introductory meetings with prospective partners. Program Maintenance: Coordinates with relevant colleges and departments at U of A. Represents Arizona International as needed in U of A meetings. Coordinates workflow and communication with GPI's Location Managers at microcampuses. Administrative: Researches information such as cost estimates, course availability, visa requirements, and housing related to programs hosted in Tucson. Assists with the planning and hosting of international delegations' visits to Tucson. Coordinates the planning of GPI delegations' visits to international partners. Collects data for university reporting, executive briefs, and partner reporting. Coordinate with GPI marketing to ensure materials are current. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work without continuous supervision. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Ability to be flexible and function at a high level fast-changing work environment. Demonstrated experience in navigating complex cultural understandings.
