Our client is looking for a backbone for their operations; someone who is ready to make a genuine impact today and grow into a Warehouse Manager role in the future.The RoleAs the Warehouse Associate, you are the heart of daily operations. You will ensure inventory is pristine and orders are accurate. This is a hands-on role that blends physical activity, meticulous organization, and top-tier customer service.Core ResponsibilitiesOrder Preparation: Ensure all rentals are staged and ready on time. Accuracy is everything. During the off-season, you'll oversee equipment maintenance, including cleaning and detailing inventory.Loading & Customer Service: Oversee the loading/unloading of vehicles with a focus on safety and documentation. As a primary customer-facing team member, you'll provide a friendly, professional experience for every client visiting the facility. High-end event rental experience required.Returns & Quality Control: Manage paperwork, track missing items, and ensure all returned equipment meets quality standards.Facility Management: Keep the warehouse organized and "tour-ready." This includes conducting weekly inventory checks, preparing laundry, and performing minor repairs or painting of equipment.Team Leadership: Act as the bridge between the front office and the warehouse floor.What We Are Looking ForPositive Attitude: You remain professional and composed even when things get hectic.
