Job Title

Responsibilities

Provide intermediate-level technical support for our AWS environments and related CI/CD pipelines via tickets, change requests, service requests, etc.

Use live monitoring software and alerting systems to help quickly respond & react to any issues across both nonproduction & production environments.

Identify, resolve, or escalate repetitive technical issues, while working closely and collaboratively with our internal IT clients that are reliant on these environments.
