Web Application DeveloperWe are looking for a Web Application Developer for our client in Miami, FL. Position Overview:Our client, a software development firm, is looking for a Web Application Developer to help build applications that support mission-critical government and defense operations. This is a frontend-focused role for someone who wants to solve complex problems and build tools that enable data-driven decision-making for public sector clients. You'll work on products that integrate and visualize large datasets, powering workflows like common operating pictures, alert-triaging inboxes, and resource allocation planning tools. These are systems relied on daily for real operations, so the bar for quality, usability, and reliability is high. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.Responsibilities:Architect and build interfaces that make sophisticated, data-intensive workflows approachable including for non-technical usersWork directly with users to understand their needs and identify product gapsCollaborate with teammates on UX for intricate, high-stakes workflowsScope technical solutions and find incremental paths to shipping new featuresOwn APIs and schemas powering your frontend work, partnering closely with backend engineersGet hands-on with a range of technical challenges: mapping/visualization, real-time collaboration, performance optimization, and complex state managementRequired Qualifications:Tech Stack: TypeScript and React, with a component library for shared UI patterns, plus a mix of open-source and internal tooling.
