Retail Associate

Huckberry is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our brick-and-mortar location. We're officially coming home and planting permanent roots in San Francisco with a storefront at 425 Hayes Street in Hayes Valley, opening in September 2026. This is your chance to join one of IAB's most disruptive consumer brands and shape the future of our retail experience. We want someone who’s scrappy, adventurous, sales-driven, and passionate about creating incredible customer experiences while growing a loyal community of Huckberry ambassadors.

You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to building the Huckberry experience in our first brick-and-mortar retail location

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests

Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Assist with store events and promotions

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred

A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Interest in menswear and lifestyle brands
