Executive Assistant

Job Description

Posted: 31/07/2026 Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Salary: $75000 - $85000 Job type: Permanent

JCW is currently partnered with a real estate investment firm looking for a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support C-suite in their Charlotte office. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and can anticipate needs before they arise. You'll be the right hand to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and helping keep deal timelines and investor relationships running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Manage extensive calendar scheduling across multiple time zones, including investor meetings, property tours, and board calls

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and investment committee materials

Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal teams, investors, brokers, and outside counsel

Handle expense reporting and basic budget tracking

Assist with planning firm events, offsites, and investor conferences

Maintain confidentiality on sensitive deal and financial information

Support ad hoc projects across the investment and asset management teams

Qualifications: Experience as an EA supporting senior executives, ideally within real estate, private equity, or financial services

Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Notary License preferred

Bachelor's degree
