Growing together.You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise privileged access management (PAM) tools and solutions across hybrid-cloud environmentsAutomate vault operations, privilege elevation workflows, and credential rotation mechanisms using scripts and infrastructure-as-code practicesPartner with security architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and application teams to onboard privileged accounts and integrate target systems into the PAM architectureMonitor PAM system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, perform upgrades, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilitiesMaintain and enforce privileged account compliance, least privilege principles, and auditing requirements in accordance with corporate security standardsDevelop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational guides for PAM administration and integrationLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvementYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma/ GED4+ years of information security experience with a primary focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)3+ years of hands-on engineering and administration experience with enterprise PAM technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault, or similar tools)2+ years of experience with scripting language PowerShell2+ years of experience with SQL2+ years of experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux operating systems, and any one cloud environment (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience with Python (API integration, Automation workflow, Data analysis, Bulk processing, Cloud integrations)Nice to have knowledge on Rest API: (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, JSON payloads, OAuth, Bearer tokens)*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
