From day one of your 2027 summer internship you will have hands-on, meaningful responsibilities that will challenge you and require out-of-the-box thinking. Using your ingenuity and creativity, you will work with your team to build and enhance custom, proprietary systems impacting thousands of users around the world. Are you ready for the challenge? This role can be based only in MN, IL or Kansas City

Work with teams that build and support the technology solutions driving our business

Develop solutions for a platform built to handle sudden shifts in the logistics market and a diverse range of customer needs

Learn from an experienced engineer who will train you on our systems, explain our business, and introduce you to leaders throughout the organization

Required Qualifications Solid understanding of software and application design, and development and project management principles

Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related area

Preferred Qualifications Innovative problem-solving skills, with passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business problems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Growth mindset, open to giving and receiving feedback

Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Team-first mentality and ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic workplace

Compensation Range $15 - $30 per hour

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
