Tasks include end-to-end monitoring of initiated services, responding to anomalies, and assisting with service setup and execution. The Intelligence Operations Controller is a key part of a new and growing operations center team, responsible for ensuring the success of multiple mission threads in support of national security.Responsibilities:Get to certify in multiple operator positions, representing new capabilities for the customerReceive subject matter and on-the-job training provided prior to certification testingReinforce standard practices, procedures, and policiesSupport payload operations in coordination with other team membersCommunicate effectively and collaboratively with teammates, leads, and stakeholdersWork hand-in-hand with on-site government and team leadsQualifications:Required:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to learn new systems and capabilities with little directionFundamental understanding of satellite communication systemsRoutine interaction with multiple stakeholdersSolid written and oral communicationAbility to multi-taskSupport 24 x 7 x 365 rotational shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to begin employment.Desired:Experience supporting on-site operations environment and/or SIGINT collectionExperience in a 24 x 7 x 365 environmentKnowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of satellite communications-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
