Z3Talent is growing! We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Construction & Engineering practice.
This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, engineering, or industrial sectors who is ready to move from a contingency recruiting environment into retained executive search.
Working directly alongside experienced search professionals, you will support searches for growth-oriented companies nationwide while learning a highly consultative approach to executive search. You will be involved throughout the search process from research and candidate identification to outreach, assessment, and client support while developing the skills to build a long-term career in executive search.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 2+ years of recruiting experience
Understands construction, skilled trades, engineering, or industrial talent markets
Is ambitious, driven, and relationship-oriented
Brings a sense of urgency and accountability
Enjoys identifying and engaging great talent
Wants to build a long-term career in executive search
Compensation: Base salary plus commission, with potential total annual compensation of approximately $70,000–$100,000 , based on performance.
