Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Associate, you will accurately and safely receive and store materials, as well as pull and pack orders for pickup and delivery. You will have a focus on increasing operational efficiencies and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. These responsibilities include:

• Accurately receive, store, pull, and pack orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain order status and follow special instructions.
• Process returns and log shipments into inventory.
• Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, associates, and customers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, and safe.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Occasionally backup delivery driver.

Qualifications

We are seeking an adaptable Warehouse Associate to join our team. To be successful you will have:

• Prior warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Operate forklifts in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
• Basic computer/keyboarding skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials (up to 100 lbs).
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of work hours in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate.
• Ability to work independently.
