Service Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems, including warranty services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance by tuning up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, cleaning coils, air handling units, and calibrating heating and cooling systems including boilers.
• Improve air quality by recommending, installing or replacing, and maintaining IAQsystems so they perform at optimal efficiency. (Change filters, install/replace UV Systems or ionizers)
• Repair, replace, and adjust vents and ductwork as needed (air balance)
• Ensure proper drainage of condensation lines and removal of debris.
• Respond to and complete emergency repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain daily logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Keep service truck clean and well-maintained.
• Comply with appliance standards and Health and Safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in troubleshooting and installation of HVAC systems
• Experience with smartphones and tablets
• Willingness to work late hours and occasional weekends as needed
• Enthusiasm for working with people and HVAC systems
• Eagerness to learn and be receptive to feedback
