Job Responsibilities:

We're looking for an Engineer who can help us troubleshoot, fix product issues on production environment. Sustaining Engineers ensure customer success by reducing the time to resolve customer or field reported issues and build systems and tools to solve the issues as they surface. This team also finds opportunities to automate processes where and whenever possible.

In this role you will:

Build and enhance our proven hardware security platform

Blend innovation and speed in a constantly evolving area of data security in the cloud

Analyze customer reported issues and offer deep insight through data-driven Client

Collaborate with customers to help solve their toughest security challenges

Use your technical skills to troubleshoot and fix critical production issues.

Work closely with engineering teams to propose design changes and understand upcoming new features.

Build tools and techniques to help with Root Cause Analysis using the data available on the platform and by digging deep into code base.

Collaborate with other teams to understand the integration mechanics of microservices to solve complex problems.

Understand customer use cases, work with support and escalation teams closely to be an effective liaison between engineering and support.

Provide timely updates to the issue-reporting teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Work with the Product management team to identify and implement enhancements to provide customer delight.

Identify and develop tools to help product support teams or other internal teams.

Requirements:

What you bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience OR Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of experience.

Experience working on product technologies based on C, C++, Python.

Good understanding and working experience of Micro-Service architecture environments on AWS.

Experience in a Software Engineering or Sustaining team role with troubleshooting and helping with root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issues.

Experience in Agile process, CI/CD, deployments.
