Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands.Responsibilities:Pick the order from the slot.Put the merchandise in the box.Send it to the line (ship).Replenish products for PTL machine for the next shift.Organize, tidy up and clean your work area and equipment.Report any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders.Respect the best practices and training guides in force on the job.Cross train in other areas of the department.Other duties as assigned.Manually remove dunnage from inbound loads.Document load with pictures using an application on company issued tablet.Manually restacking pallets as needed for shifted loads.Inspecting pallet quality.Manually wrapping pallets with stretch wrap as needed.Documenting pallets as they come in and go out in an excel spreadsheet.Always maintaining clean work area.Benefits:Medical, dental, vision (1 day after 60 days) (options available)401K with matching programSTD, LTDVacation and sick timePay rate: $19.50 per hour-plus $1.50 shift diff.BHD Wednesday - Saturday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm1-2+ years experience in a warehouse environment.
