Job Title: Mid-Level Motion GEOINT Analyst

Location: McLean, VA, US

Position Type: Onsite

Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year

Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Motion GEOINT Analyst to support DoD and Intelligence Community operations through full-motion video (FMV) exploitation , GEOINT analysis , and intelligence production .

Key Responsibilities Analyze multi-spectral, IR, SAR, LiDAR, and other GEOINT imagery.

Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, 360-degree graphics, reports, and NGA products.

Collaborate with NGA, DoD, IC, and mission partners.

Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance. Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Formal Military Intelligence schoolhouse graduate.

5+ years post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience, including 3+ years GEOINT; OR 3+ years GEOINT + Associate’s degree.

MITIL training/certification.

SAP program access.

LiDAR and SAR imagery exploitation experience.

Minimum 32 WPM with 90% accuracy. Training Requirements

MITIL – 5-day course.

Fundamentals & Program Orientation – 10-day course.

Up to 90 days of OJT. Desired Skills

Motion GEOINT experience supporting DoD/IC operations.

Familiarity with NGA standards and workflows.

Experience in a high-tempo operational environment.
