Cloud Software Automation Engineer - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking a Cloud Software Automation Engineer - Hybrid for a 12 month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ.As a Cloud Software Automation Engineer, you will work with engineering and other teams to define and design automated cloud software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create automation plans that align with business goals and technology requirements, and then govern the implementation of change to ensure solutions meet design specifications.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for cloud software automation use casesWork with stakeholders to design and develop modern and scalable cloud software automation architectureWork closely with product managers to define and prioritize features and drive the development of a comprehensive product roadmapOversee the end-to-end product delivery process, ensuring timely and successful implementation of enhancementsEstablish and enforce engineering governance processes for cloud software automationsIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation, including the optimization of existing systems and the integration of new technologiesCollaborate with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, business units, and technology partners, to align automation use cases with organizational objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and methodologiesRequirements:Strong understanding of and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization technologies, and related servicesStrong software automation knowledge and prior experience using scripting or programming languagesExperience in software solution design and architectureKnowledge of engineering principles related to cloud-based solutionsProficiency with Linux, Python, and AnsibleAble to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week in Chandler, AZDesired skills:Product management experience, especially requirements engineeringProven leadership experience in large-scale technology transformationsAbility to lead and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environmentPay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
