Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.What You'll Work OnAI-native features, end to end. Natural-language video search, real-time detections, and agentic workflows built on multimodal LLMs and computer vision. You'll be working with models that didn't exist eighteen months ago, on problems that don't have a Stack Overflow answer yet.Backend services that handle serious scale. Ingesting, processing, and serving video and sensor data in real time, in Golang and Python.The product people actually touch. User-facing frontends in TypeScript and React, working directly with product rather than through three layers of ticket.APIs and systems that sit between our ML pipelines and our edge device fleet.Infrastructure and architecture, alongside the senior engineers making those calls — Kubernetes on AWS, Pulumi for IaC. You'll learn how these decisions get made by being in the room for them.Hard problems. Distributed systems, real-time processing, and high availability. The interesting kind of hard.We're an AI-native engineering team and we expect you to be too. Every engineer here uses AI-assisted development daily, and we'd rather hire someone who has strong opinions about where it helps and where it gets in the way than someone who avoids it.What We're Looking ForA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldSolid programming fundamentals in at least one modern programming language, and the appetite to pick up the othersEvidence that you build things: side projects, internships, open source, hackathons, a game you made that nobody played.
