Sr. Dot Net Full Stack DeveloperLocation: 2 Metrotech Center, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (3 Days Onsite, 2 days WFH)Note: Only locals from NY metropolitan and NJ area will be considered (Please check commutable distance before applying for the position)About The Role: The HRA-DSS Information Technology Division is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in building and maintaining mission-critical systems that support housing assistance programs across the City. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications — including City and Landlord portals — while managing complex data pipelines, automated reporting, and database architecture that enables our team to serve residents more effectively.What You'll DoDesign and develop system architecture, technical documentation, and full-stack application code for City and Landlord portals.Create and build database specifications, including user access controls, permissions, and data security configurations.Perform coding and unit testing of all portal functionalities and workflows to ensure they meet functional requirements.Develop structured diagrams for databases, communication systems, network infrastructure, and security programs to support golden record maintenance and landlord record management.Design and maintain SSIS packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL statements within Microsoft SQL Server to support data accessibility and multi-table reporting.Generate complex, customized reports using Microsoft SSRS to track existing applications, pending claims, and other key program metrics.Develop and maintain nightly batch and ETL processes, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports from golden records to track new and ongoing requests.Required SkillsFront-End & Full-Stack Development: 8+ years of experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and .NETUI/UX, Responsive Design & Security: 8+ years of experience with UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and authentication/authorizationAPI, Mobile App Development & DevOps: 8+ years of experience in API development, mobile app development, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelinesCloud, Version Control & Collaboration: 8+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, Git/GitHub/GitLab, and Azure DevOps (ADO)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS reporting tools.Familiarity with ETL process design and nightly batch job automation.Prior experience working on government or public sector applications.Experience developing multi-portal systems with role-based access control.Understanding of data governance practices and golden record management.
