Job Duties
Source and screen candidates to present to the hiring managers and maintain close working relationships with decision makers.
Develop recruitment strategies and source qualified candidates for placement.
Coordinateand promote job fairs and hiring events.
This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment.Must have the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
A minimum of 2 years high volume recruitment
Superior customer service skills
Proven recruitmenttrack record
Healthcare recruitment experience a plus
Experience in credentialing essential
