Cloud Software Engineer

Hadoop/Cloud DeveloperProvide cloud software research, development, and engineering services to include requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, sustainment, testing, validation, and issue diagnosis/resolution. Minimum of one year experience with Map/Reduce and/or Hadoop, Hive, and/or Pig within the last three years. Minimum of one year experience with the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) within the last three years. Hadoop/Cloud Developer Certification. Minimum of five years programming experience with at least two of the following languages: Java, C, and/or C++ within the last seven years. Minimum of three years designing and developing applications in a Windows or UNIX/Linux operating environment within the last five years. Minimum of three years experience with OpenSource (NoSQL) products that support highly distributed, massively parallel computation needs such as Hbase, CloudBase/Accumulo, and/or Big Table within the last five years. Minimum of one year experience with requirements analysis and design for one or more object-oriented systems within the last three years. Demonstrated experience developing Restful services. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline; an associate's degree in computer science or related discipline and two years programming experience or five years programming experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
