Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Management Analyst will verify and maintain the accuracy of ownership and franchise data within a customized Salesforce environment, processing property onboarding cases and supporting owner account reviews. Key responsibilities: Process property onboarding cases by reviewing franchise handoff applications and legal documentation Research and verify corporate and franchise ownership structures to ensure data completeness and accuracy Support Primary Owner Account reviews and update records for legal amendments to franchise agreements Required qualifications: Strong research instincts with a curiosity for untangling complex ownership structures High attention to detail and discipline for maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks Working proficiency in Excel Comfort learning and navigating a customized CRM environment; prior Salesforce experience is a plus Ability to manage a high volume of casework with competing priorities
