Network ArchitectThe Network Architect will lead the design of mission-critical network infrastructure, ensure architectural alignment across systems, and guide strategic technology initiatives. Define standards, lead complex migrations, and mentor engineering teams in delivering secure, high-performance environments.ResponsibilitiesLead the design of enterprise data network which will include but not limited to LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Data Centers and hybrid cloud network architecturesServe as the subject matter expert on network scalability, fault tolerance, and securityDefine enterprise network standards and governance modelsCollaborate with cybersecurity and cloud teams on zero trust and segmentation frameworksOversee infrastructure upgrades and network redesignsMentor junior and senior engineers on design best practicesRequirementsHard SkillsAdvanced expertise in: routing and switching protocols like BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, firewalls, and load balancers.Network segmentation (ISE) and automated network administration (CCC).Wireless networkingExperience architecting cloud-integrated networks (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute)Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven networking standardsSoft SkillsStrong leadership and technical strategy skillsExcellent communication with executives, vendors, and technical teamsAbility to manage ambiguity and large-scale infrastructure complexityEducationBachelor’s degree is requiredMaster’s degree is preferredCertificationsCCIE Enterprise Infrastructure Certification requiredCloud certifications strongly preferredPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with 5+ in architecture or solution designProven success in large-scale infrastructure rollouts or transformationsExperience leading multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs
