You'll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, solve complex challenges, and grow your leadership skills—all while working in a flexible, supportive environment.We know you care about benefits and perks—feel free to scroll down to check them out, then come back to learn more about the role!What You'll Do:Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutionsDevelop and configure custom Duck Creek solutions using ManuScriptHelp design scalable solutions that align with client strategies and future capabilitiesTake ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolutionLead a small team of developers and contribute to project successMentor junior team members and support their professional growthConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standardsContribute to planning, design, and continuous improvement of development processesWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years working with Duck Creek productsStrong knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)Experience with Duck Creek Server API and ManuScript developmentProficiency with XML/XSLT (or similar programming languages)Experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, functions, cursors, XQueries)Familiarity with tools like Postman, ADO/JIRA, and source control systemsSolid understanding of software development life cycle, especially Agile environmentsExperience mentoring developers and leading small project teamsStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experienceWhy Join NLS?Bring your authentic self to the Next Level Solutions team!
