Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Looking for Warehouse Picker jobs in Fountain Inn where accuracy and speed keep orders moving? This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Picker/Packer career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Job Duties

Operate a forklift to unload/ load inbound and outbound freight and for general material handling throughout the facility.

Perform daily housekeeping assignments and 5S responsibilities.

Unload and stage material for receiving.

Accurately process inbound receipt of freight.

Correctly label material before storage.

Storage of product based on material type.

Pick material based on sales orders.

Properly pack materials for shipment based on relevant procedures and standards.

Support the Cycle Count program.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

1 year of experience.

Knowledge of inventory control systems (i.e. SAP)

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving + analytical skills

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 40 pounds.

Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
