Position: Project Manager - Irvine, CA What You'll Do Oversee multiple renovation and construction projects from inception through closeout. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining clear communication and fostering strong relationships. Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation. Troubleshoot project challenges and proactively implement solutions. Deliver projects that align with budget, schedule, and client expectations. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction or renovations. Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain positive client relationships. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, safety protocols, and project management software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
