What You'll Do

Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, helping design and implement solutions that align with their business needs

Lead architecture and technical discussions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and systems

Design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions across a range of client environments

Work closely with Systems Engineers, Project Managers, Service Delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, from technical teams through to senior leadership

Lead technical discovery, solution design, documentation, and implementation planning

Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance on best practices

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve client environments

What You'll Bring

Experience in an MSP or other client-facing technology environment

Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Senior Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise systems

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Experience designing and implementing solutions across complex client environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

A consultative, client-focused approach with the ability to take ownership of technical solutions from discovery through to delivery
