Description Chimney Installation Technician Experienced Installer | 2 to 3 Years of Trade Experience We are not just installing chimneys, we are building a team, a culture, and a future for our clients and communities. We take pride in doing the job right, safely, and efficiently, while supporting each other and growing together.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Chimney Installation Technician to join our crew. With two to three years in chimney work or masonry you already know your way around a jobsite. In this role you will help run installs with supervision, take on the more complex repairs and diagnostics, and help bring newer technicians up to speed.

What You Will Do

Install, reline, and replace chimney systems, venting, and fireplace units with limited supervision.

Repair performance issues such as draft problems, leaks, flashing, crown and cap failures, and liner damage.

Read job specs and manufacturer instructions so every install meets code and protects the warranty.

Mentor apprentices and support the crew on larger or more technical jobs.

Talk with homeowners directly and explain the work and their options in plain language.

Manage tools, materials, and truck inventory so your jobs start ready and stay on schedule.

Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, ladder and roof safety, and safe handling practices.

What We Are Looking For

Two to three years of hands-on experience in chimney installation or masonry.

Working knowledge of venting systems, liners, and applicable codes, or the drive to get there quickly.

Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, in all weather, and performing physically demanding work.

Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment when you are the one on the roof making the call.

Professional, dependable, and confident talking with customers.

Valid driver license and a clean driving record.

CSIA or NFI certification is a plus. If you do not have it, we will help you earn it.

Why Join Us

Competitive Pay and Benefits: Pay that reflects what you already know how to do, plus PTO, holidays, and health benefits.

Purpose: Be part of a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and community impact.
