The Role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build distributed backend systems for real-time detection, taking ownership of ingestion, analysis, and production infrastructure.
What You'll Do Develop real-time signal ingestion and detection systems.
Design infrastructure for significant growth in volume.
Integrate machine learning and AI capabilities into production applications.
Improve engineering architecture and implementation patterns.
Own system design and delivery in close collaboration with technical leadership.
What We're Looking For 2 to 4 years of backend or distributed systems engineering experience.
Experience building data-intensive systems, ingestion pipelines, or distributed processing.
End-to-end ownership of systems in a startup environment.
A computer science degree and strong database and distributed-systems knowledge.
Ability to scope, design, and ship technical work independently.
Bonus Points Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
Background in quantitative or large-scale infrastructure engineering.
