Scrum, SaFE and Kanban experience preferred. Responsibilities:Develop Java APIs using Spring BootIntegrate a Spring Boot application with external APIs from 3rd partiesWork with database team to map models to PostgreSQL tablesWork with infrastructure team to deploy codebase to webserversAdvocate for new or improved development practices that increase craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of our solutionsProvide demonstrations of new features and functionality to the customerWrite and execute unit tests on new and existing Java codeProvide documentation and assist program management with deliverables related to backend functionality and user workflowsAssist the team with creating user stories and features for existing and upcoming workSupport frontend team during integration with backend REST API callsTake part in analysis efforts, identification, and recommendation of solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.Provide guidance to less experienced developers and administrators in the form of code review, solution design, and recommended training and development plansMust remain on the client site during Luke Program core hours of 0900-1500.Qualifications: Required:TS/SCI with PolygraphBA/BS in a related disciplineTeam Delivery MentalityExperience with: Angular 15, Git/Gitlab, Bootstrap, Angular Material, Cypress, JIRA and/or Confluence knowledgeDesired:Scrum, SaFE and Kanban experience preferred.AWS experience and/or knowledgeApache PDFBoxJunitData Analytics Dashboard Tool IntegrationData Governance and Management IntegrationAWS DevOps and/or AWS Certified Practitioner certificationCommercial or national security sector DevOps knowledgeThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
