4–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Basic network troubleshooting
Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation
Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination
IT asset/stock management and monthly audits
ServiceNow/ITSM experience is preferred
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments is preferred
Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices
