Purple DriveWe are looking for an experienced Program/Project Manager with a strong Agile mindset and a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs and projects. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and demonstrate the ability to drive effective collaboration across teams.Lead and manage programs/projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Foster an Agile culture and ensure effective adoption of Agile practices across teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Drive program execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Manage risks, dependencies, and resources effectively. Utilize Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for project planning, tracking, and reporting. Provide clear communication, reporting, and visibility to stakeholders and leadership.10+ years of experience in managing programs and projects with an Agile delivery mindset. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Hands-on expertise in JIRA and Confluence for program management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
