Construction Foreman - Commercial & Data Center Construction

Our client is hiring an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona .

Specializing in data center interior solutions , our client delivers hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on field leader who enjoys developing crews, maintaining high safety standards, and driving productivity on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient project execution

Assign daily work activities and communicate project goals

Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production

Support the Superintendent with scheduling and field operations

Track daily progress, productivity, and material needs

Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance

Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor

Commercial or industrial construction experience required

Mission-critical or data center construction experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and construction documents

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
