Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Web DeveloperWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join an exciting government modernization contract. This role will be responsible for modernizing legacy web applications using React, NodeJS, and other languages as necessary.Location: RemoteCore Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS for the front end and Node.js for the back endImplement containerization technologies and a microservices architectureSupport all aspects of software development (designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining products)Translate customer needs into user stories and deliver working capabilities at the conclusion of each sprintDevelop modular backend APIs and servicesOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainabilityParticipate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processesWrite and maintain unit and integration testsRequired QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience working with React JavaScript and NodeJSAt least 1 year experience with relational database management systems and PL/SQLExperience with containerization technologies, such as Kubernetes (K8s)Solid understanding and practical experience with microservices architectureExperience with version control systems (Gitlab, Bitbucket)Experience writing clean, usable and well documented codePreferred QualificationsExperience with the Go/GoLang programming language.Proficiency with OpenLayers v8+Familiarity with MapBox Tippecanoe, GeoServer, and other geospatial technologiesExperience with Oracle 19c or newer, and Redis.Security Clearance / Citizenship RequirementCandidate must have a secret security clearance.About UsAt CoSolutions we are proud to say we prioritize our employees as well as strive to create a comfortable, welcoming, and productive work environment for all.
