Oversee Fire Protection Systems installation for all types of new and existing projects. Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Can comprehend NFPA code, design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations & material lists for fire sprinkler systems.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand design & Layout of Fire Sprinkler SystemsHydraulic CalculationsField SurveyingUnderstand listing of system piping for fabricationCoordination for installation between tradesManaging cost and understanding budgetsRequired Experience /QualificationsNICET certification preferred but not requiredFire sprinkler experienceGeneral mechanical knowledgeExperience in Fire Protection Installation or DesignPreferred ExperienceDemonstrated competency in verbal and written business communication skills.Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with Company guidelinesAble to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft OfficeSupervisory ResponsibilitiesOversee installation labor on assigned projectsSuccessful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
