You'll lead the architecture and modernization of enterprise security environments, provide technical leadership on critical initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role is ideal for a consultative security leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring others, and driving strategic security outcomes.A Day in the Life:Lead large, complex security engagements from discovery through architecture, deployment, validation, and operational handover, ensuring clear alignment and measurable business outcomesAct as the security architecture authority for enterprise clients, providing technical leadership, solution design, and implementation oversight across cloud and hybrid environmentsArchitect, deploy, and deliver Microsoft Security solutions spanning identity, endpoint, email, cloud workload, data protection, and compliance technologiesWork closely with clients, stakeholders, Account Managers, and technical specialists to design and implement enterprise-wide security programs and target-state security architectures aligned with business and regulatory requirementsDesign and implement data protection and compliance architectures, including information protection, data loss prevention, secure data handling, and framework alignmentSupport security solution sales activities by qualifying opportunities, shaping proposals, leading technical presentations, responding to RFPs, and providing strategic security guidanceLead security initiatives related to vulnerability management, remediation, risk reduction, and operational security improvementArchitect and deliver security solutions across Microsoft Azure, with working knowledge of AWS and GCP environmentsLeverage scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code principles to improve deployment consistency, scalability, and operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain architecture standards, templates, reference architectures, and delivery artifactsProvide mentorship, technical leadership, and knowledge sharing to delivery teams while contributing to practice growth and industry awarenessCommunicate effectively with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, translating complex security concepts into clear business outcomesWhat You Bring:8+ years of extensive security consulting experience, leading and being the primary delivery resource on large, complex enterprise engagements.A strong foundation in security architecture and practical implementationProven hands-on deployment experience with enterprise-grade security solutions.Strong expertise with Microsoft Security products, Microsoft licensing models, and cloud security architectures.Solid understanding of: Data protection and information security conceptsSecurity compliance and governance frameworksVulnerability management, patching, and remediation processesStrong architectural knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, with Azure expertise and AWS/GCP experience considered an asset.Working knowledge of scripting, coding, and automation for security deployment and integration.Excellence in: Requirements gathering and analysisSecurity architecture designDocumentation and delivery frameworksOutstanding leadership, consulting, and client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.Deep understanding of Security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, CIS)Amazing communication skills — with the ability to translate technical detail into real-world value for clientsWho You Are:Interested in and knowledgeable about current news, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to the IT user community and your area of expertisePassionate about creating a great client experienceCommitted to Long View's four core values: Integrity, Competence, Value and FunHave a growth mindsetDedicated to ongoing professional developmentWilling to assist in other areas of the businessSupportive and aware of following all LVS policies including our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Security Compliance and Respectful Workplace ProgramsA willing contributor to various government audits and special programs that Long View participates in every year.
