All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan – must be 18 years of age to participate.Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer.Job Summary:The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately pulling and processing orders, operating forklifts, managing inventory, and assisting customers with pickups and deliveries. This hands-on role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.Essential Functions:Pull, package, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Safely operate forklifts and saw equipment.Assist with deliveries and help resolve customer concerns.Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Learn and utilize the company's barcoding and inventory management systems.Assist will-call customers with order pickup and loading.Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
