Contract opportunity
* Manage and support Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop environments.
* Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and endpoint configurations.
* Plan, deploy, and monitor Windows feature updates and monthly security patches.
* Troubleshoot update failures and ensure compliance with organizational patching standards.
* Validate successful deployment of operating system updates across managed devices.
* Generate patch compliance and remediation reports.
* Manage device enrollment and compliance policies.
* Configure and maintain device configuration profiles and security baselines.
* Deploy applications using Microsoft Intune.
* Administer SCCM for software deployment, operating system deployment, and patch management.
* Support endpoint protection solutions, encryption, and security policies.
* Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for workstation-related incidents and service requests.
* Package, deploy, and update enterprise applications.
