Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

7+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong object-oriented design and development experience

Advanced experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem

Experience building scalable enterprise applications

Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies

Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Experience designing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

Working knowledge of Python

Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed systems

Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, NoSQL databases, and modern data architectures

Experience working in Test-Driven Development (TDD) environments

Strong system architecture and platform design experience

Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers

Exposure to investment, financial services, or data-intensive business environments

Interest in evaluating emerging technologies and driving innovation initiatives
