Job Description Report generation and analysis of LTE Drive Test (OT) Data; followed by suggestions for improving low throughput and handover failures by appropriate RCA. Feature proposal for deployment, testing and implementation with pre-post statistical KPI analysis to improve network performance at RAN end.

Root cause analysis of customer complaints and undertake necessary actions to solve the issues. Performing New radio (NR), Long Term Evolution (LTE), Radio Access Network (RAN) Tuning and optimization activities related to RAN equipment.

Automation of different day-to-day activities by developing the different tools, as and when required, based on the project-specific delivery requirements. Develop cluster level and market level KPI improvement plans, identify coverage and capacity needs followed by submission of new site/ additional carrier deployment plan.

Consistency check during drive test troubleshoot (via conference/ online) to meet customer KPI requirements. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science /IT/IS/ Engineering (Any) or related field with five years of experience in the job offered or as a Network Engineer or closely related field.

Experience Requirements: Experience of Sixty (60) Months working as a Network Engineer or closely related field is required.

Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated.

Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
