Technical Architect

Role Overview: Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the Sales Command Center across web, iOS, backend, Azure, and Dynamics 365 integration. Act as the senior on-site engineering anchor, translating enterprise architecture into working software and guiding a distributed senior engineering team through production delivery. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Lead technical implementation across web applications, iOS apps, backend services, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations. Architecture Translation: Translate target enterprise architecture into well-defined service boundaries, engineering patterns, and sprint-level implementation decisions. API & Pattern Governance: Define and govern Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers, domain APIs, CRM integrations, API/event contracts, authentication, resilience, caching strategies, and read-model patterns. Decoupled Architecture: Ensure Dynamics 365 remains the governed system of record while keeping experience layers strictly decoupled from CRM-specific schemas and UI constructs. Cross-Stack Technical Guidance: Direct and guide React-based web engineering, React Native/iOS delivery, and Python/FastAPI backend services. Cloud Architecture: Own Azure application architecture spanning API Management, identity, compute, messaging, secret management, monitoring, and security services. Quality & Code Health: Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and resolve complex cross-layer technical issues. CRM Platform Integration: Collaborate with Dynamics specialists on Dataverse entities, workflows, business rules, security roles, Web APIs, plugins, and service limits. Engineering Standards: Establish best practices across CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, release readiness, and production support. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with client product managers, enterprise architects, security leads, CRM teams, and platform stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Architecture: Deep expertise in enterprise solution architecture, application architecture, microservices, and distributed/event-driven systems. Cloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on Azure application architecture experience, including Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, and Application Insights. Frontend & Mobile: Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and React Native / iOS architecture. Backend Development: Strong background in Python, FastAPI, BFF patterns, and REST API design. CRM & Data: Hands-on integration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. Identity & Security: Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0, and OIDC protocols. Delivery & Operations: Proven track record in DevSecOps practices, automated testing frameworks, and production readiness governance.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience with headless CRM designs or composable digital platforms. Background in financial services or other highly regulated enterprise delivery environments. Exposure to containerized workloads and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Experience leading blended on-site and offshore senior engineering teams.
