This role partners closely with office staff and field Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all project activities alongside Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractorsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesManage submittals, shop drawings, and procurement of materials and equipmentOversee RFIs and drawing revisions throughout the construction processMonitor project costs, including change orders for both subcontractors and ownersCoordinate with public and private utilities as neededFacilitate meetings with owners, architects, and key stakeholdersProvide regular progress reports to leadership and project partnersManage punch list completion and project closeout documentationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of construction xhyhwjd project management experienceStrong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contractsKnowledge of construction methods, equipment, and best practicesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as MS Project
