In this role, you will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, lead engineering initiatives, and influence architectural decisions across large, complex systems. You will be expected to operate both as a hands-on engineer and a technical mentor, driving innovation, quality, and engineering best practices.Minimum QualificationsStrong hands-on expertise in:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Triggers and Async ApexSOQL and data modelingProven experience working with large data volumes and implementing performance optimization strategies.Deep understanding of Salesforce customization, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk) and integration patterns.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence teamsExcellent communication skills and executive-level presence, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the financial services industryExposure to cloud-native application developmentHands-on experience with:APIs and web servicesJava or other backend technologiesFamiliarity with DevOps and CI/CD toolsWorking knowledge of:JIRABitbucketSource control systems (Git-based workflows)Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a plus). xhyhwjd Understanding of OMNI-Channel and advanced Salesforce capabilities
