Job Description

The Keller Group is partnering with a growing and stable organization based in Chandler to hire an Executive Assistant who will serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises exceptional judgment and thrives in a fast-paced environment where discretion, initiative, and problem-solving are essential to success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee scheduling and calendar management for the CEO while helping optimize time and priorities

Serve as a professional and trusted point of contact for key customers, leadership team members and external stakeholders

Own all travel planning and logistics, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, contingency planning, and executive preferences

Manage sensitive communications with a high level of professionalism, discretion and judgment

Coordinate and manage logistics for large customer meetings, executive off-sites and conferences

Track leadership team action items, deadlines and commitments while proactively following up to ensure execution

Exercise independent judgment in determining which matters can be handled autonomously and which require executive involvement

Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency, organization, and executive effectiveness across the business

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff or similar strategic support capacity

Experience coordinating complex travel, events and executive schedules

Experience managing executive events, customer meetings, and large-scale conference logistics preferred

Exceptional organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal direction

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand priorities and make informed decisions

High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and modern productivity tools
